Chicago Motor Cars Sucks! *One customer's testimony to fully inform any future customers*
Parin Shah, the owner of Chicago Motor Cars, has the most arrogant attitude I think I have ever seen from a used cars salesman, but...
you be the judge. Below is a post the owner of Chicago Motor Cars wrote on an auto forum website.
Parin Shah “Thanks Guys again, like I tell everyone, I believe 99% of the dealers out there are liars, cheaters, & scumbags. I try to be different. Thank You again. I am a car nut myself.
I love cars. It is amazing how big these online forums are! This world is small. My father built a business on (all word of mouth). Trying to follow his foot steps…..”
Parin Shah, your father may have built a business on his word, but you're destorying a market with your mouth.
Parin Shah is crooked, a liar and will say whatever he needs to just for a sale.

Chicago Motor Cars has a long list of negative reviews they have tried to hide.
Be sure to check out all of the links on the left; They will show how Chicago Motor Cars and Parin Shah over price their cars.
Chicago motor Cars buys cars from other dealers on Ebay, the same way you and I can. Chicago Motor Cars then marks them up and tries to sell them to someone else for a large profit, hoping the customer didn't do their homework.
Do yourself a favor, don't ever buy a car from Chicago Motor Cars!

My story starts pretty simple, I finally find the car I want to buy and dealership and customer agree on price. Customer goes to see the car in person and is very disappointed to see the car was in a recent accident and walks away.
Parin Shah calls to personally apologize, is positive he can make things right and promises to have car delivered to my home in better than new condition.
Car is delivered late evening so dealership allows a day for inspection.
Customer later finds car was falsely advertised as having features that are not on the car and calls to renegotiate price for the car that was delivered.
Chicago Motor Cars immediately wants to back out of deal. As a customer, this is a bit confusing since besides the missing advertised features, it is still a car worth negotiating.
Chicago Motor Cars agrees to a new price and emails a contract for me to sign and also states that they no longer want to finance the car through their lender and has me call my bank.
I get new loan from my lender without a problem within 24 hours, and notify Chicago Motor Cars that payment in full is ready for pick-up along with new contract.
Chicago Motor Cars pulls a 180 and refuses to return phone calls and emails and does not keep appointment to pick up payment.
Attorney contacts me notifying me that Chicago Motor Cars is taking me to court for not paying on a loan. *Reminder: I do not have a loan through them.
I contact one of Chicago's best Attorneys and we go to court.
I get contacted by another Attorney, this time from Wisconsin, claiming they did not receive my initial down payment which was for more than 1/2 of the purchase price of car. *Side note: If payment was not made as agreed, why would the flatbed driver take the car off the truck? That's right, he wouldn't have.
Chicago Motor Cars gets scared of my Chicago Attorney, dismissing the case agreeing to pay my legal fees. I win
Chicago Motor Cars wants desperately to settle in Milwaukee. Not going to happen, filed a counterclaim.
Not only did I file a counterclaim, I filed a separate suit against them.
I know I got screwed by Chicago Motor Cars and I am here to make sure it does NOT happen to anyone else! This is costing me lots of time and money, but if it saves just one person from being taken advantage of or teaches one person to slow down and really do your homework prior to purchasing a used car, then I've done my job.
Chicago Motor Cars, Parin Shah, Chicago Motor Cars, Frank Sacco, Chicago Motor Cars and Cycles.
Chicago Motor Cars is the most crooked dealership I have ever run across in my 27 years of buying cars. The following report supports my experience. I think you will find it very interesting.
